Welcome to Artisound’s Long Island City Music School. We offer the highest level of comprehensive music instruction in guitar, piano, voice, flute, violin, composition and theory. Our faculty are professionally trained performers and teachers who have extensive performance histories and teaching certifications. The sophisticated, individualized instruction we offer is unparalleled in New York City.
Artisound’s LIC Music School is conveniently located near all of the trains in Long Island City. We are only one stop from midtown Manhattan on the E, M, R and F trains. We are near all trains in Queens, and are accessible from Brooklyn on the G train. Driving here is just as easy, we are blocks away from the BQE, LIE, Queens Blvd, and the 59th street bridge. The school is also accessible from the Hunters Point LIRR station.
Our location offers 600 sf of performance space, weekly student events, monthly performances, and will soon offer two comfortable fully sound proof practice rooms. Our school is dedicated to helping musicians learn and grow by developing a real sense of community, by participating in concerts and workshops here in Long Island City, New York City, and throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island.

Our school is conveniently located on the 4th FLOOR of the L.I.C. Arts Center. There are numerous artists, musicians, dancers, painters, filmmakers and designers located here in the heart of Long Island City.
Our school in Queens, NY provides world class music instruction for beginning to advanced students in guitar, piano, composition and theory.
The Long Island City Music School currently has a beautiful Young Chang upright piano and we are looking to add a baby grand to our performance space. Please email us if you are offering a baby grand.
